I went to Hotties about a month ago, it was by far the worst place I've EVER tanned before. I purchased a month to start with on their level 1 bed. The bed I went into had hand print and smuges of dried lotion on the top of the bed where it was not clean. I used that bed three times in a week and it was never cleaned. Also, I drove all the way there twice to tan and the place was closed for no reason, no sign, nothing, when they were supposed to be open. The fourth time I went, they put me in a different bed. While I was in that bed, laying there not moving all of a sudden 3 screws popped out and the entire top of the plastic part of the bed fell on top of me. The plastic thing was laying on top of me with the bulbs exposed. I could barely get it off me! Then when I complained to the owner, wanting my money back because I was never coming back there again, she wouldn't call me back. So I had to drive up there and argue with her for 30 minutes until she refunded my money back! This place get's an absolute 0 for me. Horrible service, nasty beds, and randomly closed?! I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated.
