Staff is not courteous. Extremely slow to checking in. The part I hate the most is the valet. They stand around doing nothing while you are waiting for them to park your car. And if you don't tip them they I get quite rude and emotional. Look, I'm already paying $20 bucks a day for valet service in the room fee. NO I am not going to tip you anything at all, deal with it. The room service staff is also rude. I had the do not disturb sign up since I was sleeping nice. They've knocked on my door about four times ""room service, room service."" It wasn't even check out time yet, read english. Sign says do not disturb. Good grief what a joke this place is.
