Had precilla to my home and told her I wanted the sheer blinds that were in showroom. she proceeded to make custom blinds for me that I questioned. again she told be that they would be sheer once they were up on the window. The result was horrendous. The product was too casual for the dining room. They looked like something I would get at pottery barn. Needless to say they were very expensive. I did not get the warrantee that they promise on their commercials. I ended up paying less for the product that I originally wanted. I ended up having to double pay. Not happy at all. I would not use this company again. They constantly push you to their custom product that is made with very poor quality. If you need more information please feel to contact me on Facebook.
