I just have to chime in as I have been a customer for years but my experiences in the last year echo the previous reviewer. Two months ago I waited in the lobby standing for at least 25 minutes after they said my pizza's would be ready. It was like I wasn't even there. Very rude. I have also had issues with the quality not being what it once was with all of the food. Keep in mind as well they are not a cheap restaurant, that did not used to be an issue because of the quality.
