These people are thieves. I purchased a Geo Train set for $30 yesterday. I was told it was a working set. When I got it home and set it up, there were three or four tracks missing and two pieces that didn't belong to the set. I returned to the store to see what could be done. As i enetered the store the person who sold it to me almost came running up asking what was wrong. when I started to explain she raised her voice and starting saying there was nothing she could do. I hadn't even told her what the problem was yet. That should have clued me in. As it turns out she had purchased one large set and decided to split it in to 2 sets to make some more money. There was no comprimise, not even a conversation, even when it was obvious as to what the problem was. Just some emotional, irrational, aggressive stammering about nothing she could do.... other than of course to buy the other set becuase that seemed to be the best way to solve my problem. she did not even want the two parts I had that belonged to the other set. I left the store with no resolve. I will be happy to pay $20 dollars to get the extra pieces at the toy store but that of course makes the product more expensive than if I bought it brand new. If you plan to sell or buy at this store I would suggest you STAY AWAY.
