Review content:
I thought Bev. World was some kind of warehouse for soda or something at first... but then I went in and met ""Special Bob"" (he can tell you anything you want to know about anything in the store), and found a great selection of wines, beer, and liquors at good prices. They have weekly tastings in the store, and send out an email ahead of time to let you know what's coming. Plus it's a bit of 78704-cool. It is attached to Whip-In, which is a cool place to buy beer, wine, a few grocery items, and cigars. They do have a web site. Just google Travis Heights Beverage World
Pros: great selection, good prices, super-knowledgeable staff
Cons: can't think of any... parking in front is tough, but plenty of parking in back. wish it was open on Sunday...
