Review content:
Can't explain what type of perfect concept this establishment has created. Service was great as always from the starting entrance by being greeted by a beautiful host and a handsome young hispanic man with spikey hair. They were both very welcoming and generous by assisting us to one of the seven comfortable red velvet booths which had a candle burning being held by an unique looking iron rod.Great looking atmosphere in the restaurant with two shining knights awaiting as you enter. The lighting was just right. Never too dark, never too bright. All my friends that I have recomended have always been impressed and amused. Music playing at a pretty good level as usual, but there live nightly music is insane. The food and service is always amazing. The sangria isn't too bad, the royal sangria is better. My party and I noticed, that everytime we visit Cafe Sevilla we get to experience ""best of both worlds"". By having a great tasting tapas and entrees for dinner, then changing the atmoshpere by going up stairs to this huge retro looking club with white leather looking booths along the wall, people dancing on the stage, girls dancing on top of the bar, as the Dj spins his finest tunes. Security present is everywhere to ensure our safety. DON'T BELIEVE THE NONSENSE from guests who try to portray security individuals to be the people they are ""NOT"" by labling them as being disrespectful and simply rude. Due to the facts that there's always""TWO"" sides to every story, sometimes even three or even four sides of a story, especially when guests who can't control there alcohol (always changes ways of thinking/behavior)feels free to believe they should not be responsible for there actions, therefore tends to place blame on anyone...including Sober Security guards. Been here for years, and have experienced ""major"" improvements/changes that will continue being the best interests for the city of long beach. Cafe Sevilla, continue providing great food, service and entertainment!!!!
Pros: Great food, Unique comfortable atmosphere, Relaxing Music
Cons: Trying to make reservations on a late Fri/Sat
