Review content:
I lived here in one of the value apartments for year. They are slightly more expensive than other places in Morehead, but I think it's worth it. The apartments are very clean and well maintained, and they're only 2 miles from campus. Maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely manner and parking was not a problem. My only complaints would be a.) that my neighbors were noisy frat kids (but you're pretty much going to have to deal with that anywhere you live) and b.) they took $90 out of my deposit to shampoo the carpet when I left. They told me they shampoo the carpets every time a tenant moves out, so I assume this is an automatic deduction, but I could be wrong. Overall, I would recommend this complex.
Pros: clean, well maintained, 2 miles from campus
Cons: slightly pricey
