Review content:
I am on my second go round with Shaping Concepts in 7 years. The first time I met Shane and I was in bad shape, not eating right, lack of motivation and stress at work had taken it?s toll on me but he got me on track to lose 35 pounds. But 5 years ago I had a hip replacement and sciatic nerve problem gave me an excuse to fall back into my bad habits. Well, I stopped by Shaping Concepts one day 8 weeks ago to sell them Life Insurance but they ended up signing me up and with the help of Andrew (even those he?s a Met & Red Sox fan) help me get started back into good eating and training habits. My knees are getting stronger and with a nerve block in my back I am back into getting my body back. The weight is coming off slow and steady and I have not only set a weight goal but a commitment to be health from my core out. This is my story of Shaping Concepts and you have to check them out and see for YOURSELF as you start your training and leave the BS behind.
