Review content:
Tried to use a $10.00 coupon to purchase a shirt - as I have done in the past.
Was told the the shirt was $9.99 and I couldn't use the coupon.
I said I had done this in the past - no difference.
I called Corporate who said I should have been able to use it and to call the Store Mgr.
The Mgr said she would give me another coupon.
Went to the store and tried to find the original shirt. but could not.
Asked the Mgr of the dept for help (coincidentally she was the same Mgr I had spoken to on the phone) and she said they didn't carry a shirt for that price.
After looking for a half hour, I found the shirt.
The Mgr is obviously incompetent and the store personnel are not trained correctly- what little they have- you can be on line with 10 people and they don't even open up another register.
Most of the time the store is 95% empty and I am not surprised.
The only time I shop there is when they send a coupon - which is just about every week.
I don't think you'll see them around much longer.
