I wish I could rate them in the negatives! I placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago for 1 poster. I called periodically to check on the status and all times including the last (just got off the phone) I was told it was being processed. The call operator told meit will be looked into as to why its taking so long and she will call me back. Due to me NEEDING this NOW I will give her till the afternoon to inform me that it is being expressed shipped NOW... if that is not what I aim told I will be canceling my order for a refund and there services most definitely will NEVER be used again. FYI I ordered from other print companies since placing my order with them and have already received my products... SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
