Businiess name:  Baked In Telluride

Review content:
My in-laws had been by this place the day before and told us what great pizza they had and my wife and I had seen some nice looking packaged bread at the local market that was made by these guys so we figured we had to stop by. You would think that they might really nail the baked goods in this kind of wonderful, earthy place but no, at least not for us. We were coming off a pretty good morning of mountain biking so we were hungry and that may have shaped our experience a bit. The girl at the counter was kind of rude, which has been pretty rare in our overall experience in Telluride and it seemed that she forgot to put our ticket in for the small pizza and Caesar salad we ordered. We should have just ordered by the slice and been done with it but we wound up waiting a good half hour for a very mediocre pie and a tasteless salad. Not good at all. The next day we stopped by and grabbed a macaroon which was tasty but again, nothing that you put in your mouth and thought, ""baby... that's good!"" And this town deserves to have a place like that but maybe it's just not possible to achieve and maintain excellence with the seasonal cycles and staffing issues... Pros: Funky local spot with communal tables on the front porch where we met some great people. Cons: Disappointing chow.
