They moved. Now they are in Plantsville. I have never used them to repair anything but have been buying parts from them for over 30 years. Parts are expensive but they usually have them in stock and they are no more expensive than their competitors. I am sure that the people that wrote the complaints do not work for free and I do not understand why they think the folks at Ace should. If you figure it's going to take an hour to go to your home and then back to their place of business $85 seems reasonable. Especially considering the cost of fuel. The counter folks I have dealt with are knowledgeable and have never hesitated to answer questions or give advise. Of course part of their business is to repair appliance not teach you how so I would not expect detailed instructions. The service department at BMW of North Haven is a palace and you pay accordingly. Ace Appliance isn't and you don't. Do you really care what the place looks like?
