I just recently visited Frank Bernards with my daughter to find her wedding dress for this June. I absolutely cannot say enough about the staff, especially Theresa. She was quite amazing and made the whole process a day to remember. My daughter found the dress she wanted. I would highly recommend you start here first before going to the wedding warehouse style places. Thank goodness we started here first, we wanted to be sure of the dress so went to a very large chain......We were all very amazed at how uncaring and unprofessional the staff were. They could have cared less what looked good on my daughter. I agree the decor at Frank Bernards could be better and they could update the outside but please do not let that deter you! Thanks again Theresa.
