After pricing out a repair I needed on my ring I was so upset that most of the stores send out their repairs to be done and it would take 1 to 3 weeks. I was very happy to find out that Fast Fix was able to do it the same day (actually took 1 hour) and they were still cheaper than the other jewelry stores!!!! The work was done and they even showed me BEFORE and a AFTER photos on the big screen tv. I'm very happy with them and I have had 4 other repairs and 2 watch batteries done since my first visit!!!!
