I took an evening gown in to this shop get hemmed, which I was charged $40. When I went to pick up my dress only the front of the dress was hemmed. I asked if she forgot to hem the back and she said no that she left a train for me. I explained that I did not ask for nor did I want a train on my dress. I asked that she please make the adjustment and hem the dress the same all the way around. She refused to fix the dress and hem the back, she told me I would have to pay her another $40 to get the back hemmed. She proceeded to tell me that I did not give her clear instructions and that I did not tell her that I did NOT want the train. I could not believe that she said this. I am not a seamstress but it seems to me that if I had wanted a train I would have specifically asked for a train. We went back and forth and she completely refused to fix my dress. I had to take it to another shop to get fixed and the seamstress there said that what was left was NOT even a train. it looked to her like she didn?t finish my dress! I had to pay another $30 to get the dress fixed. That was $70 to hem a $100 dress!! Not acceptable! Talk about bad customer service! Pros: RUDE Cons: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - BAD ALTERATION!
