Review content:
Bad communication and false promises. I've been hearing ""just a little bit longer"" for 6 months now. I inquire politely every couple of weeks and no real progress has been made. If I do get a response, they make it seem like the hold up is with the County. I am not inclined to believe that is the case.
It is very unfortunate that I gave my rights to appeal the property taxes over to ""Dari"" at Property Tax Advisors. I can't really switch now, because the process is already started thru them, with the County.
This bad decision has potentially cost me 4 figures. I signed their contract in good faith, I wish they would bother acting in a more business like manner.
