Review content:
OK, the menu is small and the prices are a bit high. The ambiance is a bit lacking, but I guess it's historical. BUT, the food is great. The ribs are phenominal, especially if you get the bbq sauce on the side. I like to taste all of the work that went into the cooking. The steaks are awesome. I hear the chicken is great, but I have never had it. I can't get anything but the ribs, and I have to have a bite of my husband's steak. The side are simple. The beans are great. The salads are fresh and the dressings good. The potatos are baked perfectly. If you don't mind splurging for food that is simply great, then you should definately go to Daisy Mae's.
Pros: great food
Cons: menu selection, prices, atmosphere
