My fiance and I went to take a look at tuxes and were completely overwhelmed by all of the tuxedos there are to choose from. We weren't sure what we were looking for and did not have anyone to help us. We ended up taking the brochures with us, but do not think we will be back to rent tuxedos. I think that if they don't help help you from the beginning, how are they going to be the week of the wedding. I felt this store to be commercial feeling and frustrating because they were understaffed with no one to help us.
