Review content:
Good website and a polite office staff. It seemed efficient, handling the rental application and payment of fees online. The rental application fee was $25, the apartment hold fee was $250 (which seemed steep to me; however, the language of the website makes it seem that the rental application will not be accepted unless this is paid). I paid both online. When I saw the place, however, it was far below the standard of the other two places I saw within a 1 mile radius. The agent was virtually unable to answer any of my questions regarding utility costs, age of appliances, etc. And when I told the office I was no longer interested and wanted my hold fee back, they said they could not refund electronically and would need to send a paper check.
