ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CONTRACT SUSQUEHANNA REALTY MANAGEMENT FOR ANY SERVICES. This has been the worse experience ever. The woman who met with me to sell and sign the contract seemed professional - but the woman who managed my account WAS NOT. This company is quick to collect their commission, charge for postage, and collect any other fees they are due. They are NOT so quick to actually MANAGE your property. They also lie. To the owner and the tenant. And the ""Assistant Property Manager,"" Jamie, in their Harrisburg office is obscenely unprofessional. It's disgusting.
