Review content:
I dealt with this company early in 2007, after buying my first home. There was a problem with the heating unit that was installed 2 years ago, and rather than informing me this unit was still under warranty, they charged me full price for parts and labor. After reviewing the receipt, I called the maker of the unit, and had them ensure for me that the unit was in fact still under warranty, and should be covered. That same night there was another problem with the unit, really the original problem was not corrected. When they came out, after a long discussion with the technician and finally the service manager, they determined that the warranty was valid. In retrospect, they determined that for some odd reason, they determined that the initial repair, that did not correct the problem, was not covered by the warranty, but the second one was.
Pros: Were able to come out the next day, and the next and the next......
Cons: Everything else
