Been with Phil since 2005 and it has been a horrible experience throughout. Very unehthical business practices!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! They were recommended through my real eastate agent so I thought I was walking into a great company. I should have known better!! State Farm is no different than any cheap insurance provider on the market...for this type of service, you are better off paying a cheaper premium with another company - the service will be the same - crappy. Phil Price and now the new guy that took over this year...denied every claim I placed for my cars and home - FOLKS, THEY COVERED NOTHING IN MY POLICY!!! They fend you off to the claims department who deny everything. Be very careful if you relocate - I just learned they will overcharge you - very unethical business practice - as longtime loyal customers whom they gladly deducted our funds every month - you will be pushed into the lion's den - you will receive no gratitude at the end....Be Careful.
