my husband went in last night at around 7:30pm, and they told him it was too late and to come back tomorrow morning at 10am when they open (they close at 8pm by the way). Fine. We went in this morning at 10am and there were two people waiting, and another customer was getting his hair cut. We were told the wait would be 20 minues. We waited over ONE HOUR before we were seen. When I asked during our wait how long it was always ""fifteen minutes"". Yeah, right. After an hour wait, I was told that the cut would only be twenty minutes. Yeah, right. 50 minutes (!!! no shampoo just a men's cut !!!) I live about a ten minute drive away and would have left, the SLOWEST barber I have ever seen in my life, he didn't look like he knew what he was doing at ALL (i'm talking REALLY, REALLY slow here). And the haircut is garbage, to boot. I would have made him go back and fix it, but we had been there for TWO HOURS and I just wanted to get the hell out of there.
You get what you pay for...Wed is $15 for mens haircut, $20 otherwise.
I never write negative reviews like this but I was so angry I was compelled.
Pros: very reasonable prices, internet access
Cons: actual cut, long wait, music way too loud, LONG WAIT
