Review content:
I went to Bakhaus Florist for my wedding, because I know the owner personally. I expected great things from them. BOY was I wrong! My flowers weren't even put together when it was time for them to be picked up. We had to push back our ceremony time! Half of our order was missing and what was there was completely wrong. When we tried to call, no one would answer the phone! I took my complaint to the owner and he told me that I should be happy with what I got because he gave me a good price and refused to even give me money back for the items that where missing. I can not tell you how disgusted and disappointed I am. If you want your wedding flowers done right, go somewhere else!!
