Awful!!! The day of our delivery for our bathroom the contractor calls us at work to say they will not unload the truck that is at our house because we have a $1400 balance. This is the first we heard of having a balance or the additional costs. We were lead to believe we paid in full. Obviously a misunderstanding somewhere, but instead of trying to work with us the sales representative from Kurtis Woodhaven scolded us like children for not taking care of it. He then threatened to send our materials back if we didn't give him our credit card number over the phone even though we had paid them enough to cover the items on the truck just not the balance in full apparently. I regret not going somewhere else when I didn't feel comfortable with our sales representative in the beginning of this project. The manager has not returned phone calls to clear up this problem. Remodeling is stressful enough...go somewhere else.
