Review content:
Set up Bi-weekly service with molly maid a couple weeks ago. When they charged me $150 more for the initial cleaning than their quote I should have quit and cut my losses. Their second cleaning was fine, but I was out of town before the third cleaning and the house was in good shape so I called to re-schedule, the girl on the phone said that was fine they would wait another two weeks to come out. They showed up two days later anyway, spent 2 hours moving things around in my house. I got home to find that some perscription pain pills had been stolen from my bathroom, so all they really cleaned was the medicine cabinet. Reported this to the local manager (John) and he denied that they would have stolen anything. I let him know that I had cancelled and asked why they showed up anyway, and he responded by asking if I was going to pay the bill or not. Im still in a dispute with them over paying $100 to have his crew come to my house and steal. NEVER AGAIN!
