I recently had several reasons to try acupuncture and Chinese massage for the first time. I've been low-energy for several months and generally been in a bad mood most of the time. Several friends told me that acupuncture can help with these issues (as well as other ailments like allergies). I decided to visit Kim Knight at Tensegrity Health Acupuncture, and it was a great experience.
