Review content:
I was really excited about the concept of this resale boutique. However, the reality was more than disappointing. Despite claiming on their website that they accept only high-end brands of baby and kid gear for resale, the items they have for sale are mostly low-end brands like Carter's or Old Navy (I saw the same Old Navy bathing suit I just bought my son for $6.50 brand new - marked at $5.00 used at StillHip). Not that there is anything wrong with those brands (we purchase them all the time), but they hardly qualify as high-end, and the resale prices are nearly as high as getting the items new. Also, a lot of the items for sale are in shabby, threadbare condition. So, if you plan on dropping off nice, nearly new items, you should be aware that there may not be items of equivalent quality and condition to purchase with your store credit.
Pros: great concept
Cons: poor selection, low quality, high prices for used items
