This strip mall mongolian grill is located in the mill creek towne center, which can be a nice place to grab a meal and do some shopping. Its hard to find all you can eat mongolian grills lately and since I am a pig and like to enjoy at least 3 heaping bowls full, I love this one. What's nice about Hot Iron is they let you chose if you are feeling piggish or not, you can get small bowls which are all you can eat for one price, or a large bowl which just includes one trip but allows you to take the leftovers to go for another. I also really like that they have tofu and black olives which is something you don't find at many mongolian grills. They also have a neat sauce bar where you can chose to cover your mongolian grill with a variety of sauces after its cooked.
