Dr. Bessell took his time on both of our visits to go over every question we had. We went for an initial visit after we adopted our puppy and he answered MANY questions about puppy care. We then went for another visit after our puppy appeared to be getting sick. He was able to ease our minds after another vet had told us our dog probably had distemper and definitely wouldn't survive it if that is what it was. He went over the facts of distemper and at what point it becomes fatal and reassured us that not every dog with distemper has to have a death sentence.
