I'm not one to leave bad reviews. I do not have the time, and don't usually care enough to do so. But this place is terrible! Jim Clark was great. These people are not. First, they lied about what type of dealership they are ( saying over the phone that they were still VW) only to find that wasnt true when I got there. Then they quoted me one price, and charged 15 dollars more. Then I complained and they said ""it's hard to predict because some cars take more oil than others"". I'm sorry but it's never been a problem before getting an accurate price of an oil change befor having it done! It should be pretty easy when they know the engine type, year, etc. Then, I asked to talk to the manager. They refused to answer the phone, and transferred me to the secretary instead.. TWICE. Do not trust these people. I'm about to go make sure they even changed my oil!
