Review content:
The ride only goes in a large circle and the boat that we got looked like it needed repairs. What ruined the evening for us was the smartass comments from the gondolier. Rude and condesending comments destroyed the romantic feel of the ride and my husband and I were both taken back. I called the office several times and asked if the gondola we had reserved had music. The girl who answered said that she knew the boat we had reserved had music. What a joke. All the boats have music. The music was just a hand-held radio that had poor reception. To hear a static-filled radio tune in and out is a real romance killer. Has anyone ever heard of CDs? The snacks included were dumped in a plastic bucket like for an animal--not a human. This ride is mostly hype because to pay 75 dollars to ride around a circle, listen to a poor radio and eat food dumpled in a bucket is just stupid. The entire evening was spoiled and we will never go back again. Pros: I
