I've lived outside of Cedar Springs for ten years. About 5 years ago I went on an exhaustive search for an honest, dependable, reputable small repair shop for my vehicles. I went through a few in the area that let me down before I found Quality Auto in downtown Cedar Springs. It's a family owned business, that actually backs up everything most family businesses aspire to: Honesty, Integrity, Affordability and Dependability. The Herrmans own it, and they've save me thousands over the years by simple honesty. Think about it: how do you know if a garage is telling you the truth on most repairs? In my case, I got a second opinion on the first couple jobs they did and sure enough, they were telling the truth and charge very reasonably. I wholeheartedly recommend this repair facility as I've found that a good mechanic is worth his weight in gold. (PS: everyone I've sent there has raved about the place too!)
