Review content:
The first thing I noticed about Binswanger Glass was that their staff was sympathetic. Not too many places ask (or care) about you- just how fast they can get you and your car in and out. Not Binswanger Glass though! Saturday: Their waiting area was completely full when I came in, but they were super professional and patient when helping everyone. I was able to get a quote and a timeframe for them to come out to my workplace Monday and have them fix my window. A representative gave me a call before coming out to my workplace - and surprise!- he asked if it was okay if they came early. Heck yes! :) They cleaned out the broken glass and installed my window amazingly fast. It was sooooo fast, I have to say it was like waiting on a 10-min oil change. Although I hope to never have my car broken into again, I would not hesitate to come back for any other window/glass needs.
Pros: Easy to find -Big Sign- on Burnet
Cons: parking was tight, but it was Saturday
