I'm a good husband, so I was doing my husbandly duties and getting my wife's car inspected/aligned/etc. a couple weeks ago. That, as it happens, was the day that God unleashed racquetball-sized hail upon north Austin. My SUV was estimated at $1,700 by my oh-so-trustworthy insurance adjuster. When I chose to take my car to Jeff instead of using the insurance puppet mechanics, it turned out being the best part of this whole ordeal.
Pros: Good communication; they argue with insurance companies.
Cons: Bearded men are uncomfortable to kiss...?
