Very honest people.. I brought in my wife's watch for battery as I had got battery replaced at walmart and it stopped running after just one day. They took the watch to the back and came back in a few minutes with the watch running. They did not charge me anything saying the battery was full powered it was just the connection that was not properly tightened. Thank you Bay Area Jewelers for your honesty!!!
