I have purchased several new vehicles from them and I always get good prices. But when I have to get out of warranty repairs done, the prices they charge are way over priced. One time I compared costs to get my van repaired and their estimate was $3700 and I went over to Manvel and get the same repair done for only $1600! what a difference. I asked them to meet that price and they said no and then charged me a $125 charge just to look at it and give me that high estimate. They would not release my van until I paid them the $125 for doing nothing at all.
Pros: Great New car Prices
Cons: Service Dept over charges for repairs
