Had a recent very bad experience with another vet in the area. Very happy I decided based on my sister-in-laws high opinion of this vet to give them a try. Receptionist seemed busy and maybe a little stressed because she was trying to help people while phone was constantly ringing when I was in the office, but talked to her on a few occasions by phone and in the office and she was professional,nice and helpful. I did not have to wait like I did with my previous vet. They did the bloodwork my other vet would normally send off while I was there and explained the results, findings, and treatment options. They didnt leave the room several times for other people to come in- I only saw the vet during my appointment. And best of all this great experience came at half the price my previous vet would have charged. Not as nice of an office aestetically as my previous vet, but everything was clean and my experience was great.
