I recently experienced the nightmare of The Courtyards of Mustang LLP. I lived in the apartments for about 3 years to build up rental history. The first year was wonderful , the apartments were under previous management. Until the following next year when the nightmare took over . Maria who is currently manager of the apartments,needs to take lessons on how to be polite to people . Maria's edaquitte is much to be desired as a previous tenant under her leasing . She is like the devil . During my lease with Maria , I experienced several situations that were unacceptable . For example: During the second lease signing they were suppose to fix the ceiling fan in the dining area (attempt made by the maintence personal which faultered,within two days it was doing ,what it did previously did wiggling and lose ) I was afraid it was going to fall out of the ceiling , so with that thought in mind I didn't use the ceiling fan . I , was also told that I had only two choices that I could have done for the next lease signing my choices were have the carpet clean which I picked and it never got DONE and replacement of blinds which did get DONE!!!! Then children were left unattended out in the parking lots and would be throwing rocks , childrens toys out there hitting tenants parked cars . You would call in a complaint but nothing would come of the complaint. Kids would knock on your doors,loud music , loud parties that would carry into morning . I personally felt that Victoria was by far the best person who should of been managing the office . She has interpersonal skills and by far handles herself in a respectable manner.
