Businiess name:  Coleman Jewelry

Review content:
I took a 2 carat diamond into this jewelry to have a mounting made. I chose the picture from a catalogue. It took him longer than he said to make the mounting. I picked up the ring and paid in full. Three weeks later, I just happen to look down at my hand and the 2 carat stone was missing. I called Coleman back and he said he was not responsible for the missing stone. I took the mounting to another jewelry store to examine and he said the mounting that he made was insufficient for mounting a 2 carat stone. One of the prongs was totally missing and another was broken into. He also said his opinion was the gold that he used was less than total gold. He also stated that Coleman had manipulated the prongs so much that he could see cracks in the other prongs. I went into Coleman's store and he tired to remove the ring from my finger, but I told him he was not getting it. He accused me of hitting it against a brick wall, and told me to leave his store, he picked up the phone to call the police to remove me. He told me he was not going to do anything about it and to turn it into my insurance company. Why should my insurance company have to pay for his sloppy work?......J. Watson
