""I came here to buy a Baby Jak blanket for my girlfriend - I must admit I wasn't inclined to enter the store after reading all the negative reviews! I called ahead to inquire about product availability, and the lady who answered seemed nice enough and described all the different blanket styles she had, so I decided to drop in. If that was the infamous Keverne, she must have changed. I went in the store today, toting my baby in her carseat and my giant diaper bag. No rude comments. In fact, the owner couldn't have been more helpful - she gave me time to browse the blankets before asking if I needed help (I hate salespeople who immediately jump on you the second you show interest in any item). She even boxed the blanket for me and tied a ribbon around it. And then she introduced me to the Sally Spicer bags, and seriously they are to die for! I browsed the various bags, she brought out different styles and described them, all the while there was no pressure to buy anything (and I didn't purchase one). But I had a fine shopping experience and will definitely return for the fall trunk show.""
