Review content:
: Well, my biggest gripe with them is that they failed to cancel my membership despite me going in there and cancelling in Person in August. They then failed to notify me until recently that they assumed I was still a member, apparently, despite not having my billing information and me not having gone there in about 8 months (other than to cancel in August) and said I owed them $125, and the little jerks at the front were no different than they had been all the times I'd gone in there... apparently it's a big deal to work at a gym, and you're superior to your members. Other than that, when I was actually a member there, the aforementioned staff was always terrible, it smelled horrible in there and was always so packed I had to wait in lines to use any machine or free weight, there is this terrible and ironic ""No Judgment Zone"" complete with an alarm that goes off if you do anything but gently set your weights down after using them, or if you accidentally make some kind of exerted noise while lifting, a lack of variety on weight machines, and a terrible purple and yellow color scheme that makes you want to kill yourself after a short while. I wouldn't recommend these thieves and extortionists to my worst enemy.. pay a little extra and avoid the hassle and frusteration that comes with going to this terrible ""gym"".
