I am new to Charlotte and decided to try Metro Hair Studio because it is within walking distance to where I live. Going there was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made in my life. I have been growing my hair out for a few years and I just wanted a trim. Vincenzo (the owner) didn't listen to what I wanted and cut almost SIX (6) inches off my hair because he thought it would look nice. I was in TEARS! I also had them do the brazilian Beox keratin treatment on my hair and it was the biggest waste of money ever. I paid nearly $300 for a deep conditioning treatment! This was my first and last visit at metro hair studio. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Vincenzo doesn't do what you ask he does what he wants and when you complain about it he's so uppity about it's awful. Save your hair and money and go to a different salon!
