Originally came into the dealership on a Friday afternoon six minutes after close. The receptionist greeted us and told us that they were closing, but said it was fine for us to look around and grabbed John for us. He entertained the questions my Dad and I had about a new Honda fit, staying after the doors were locked for at least twenty minutes while all the other dealers were trying to rush out for their weekend plans. I was really impressed by his genuine desire not to just make another sale, but to help me pick out my first car after graduating from college. I did not return until the following Monday, but when I did I made sure to ask specifically for John. He worked closely with my Dad and I to assist with the purchase, and proved to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was a great experience at Inver Grove Honda and made the potentially daunting task of purchasing a new car genuinely entertaining. You gained a new lifelong customer! I definitely recommend this dealership, and especially John McCorkel, to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda. Thanks John!
