I see the rest of these reviews are from 2005. So, five years later, I have the same complaints as everyone back then. Not much has changed, I'm afraid. The things I like about Michael's is their selection is decent and they always have great clearance items. My complaint is with the customer service. When I do find someone to help me, no one seems to know what is carried in the store. They'll point me in a direction and say, ""I'm not sure if we carry it, but try aisle 10."" The checkout line took forever and that was with just two people in front of me. I'm afraid the sales associates are young and immature. They need to hire adults, not just girls who are on summer vacation from high school.
Pros: Pretty good selection, good sales
Cons: Poor customer service
