Room service-was able to cater to my severe food allergies and Celiac Disease, fast friendly service
The building itself-nice historic venue, nice shops, nice to walk around and explore
Clean-housekeeping was always calling to see if I needed anything if the DND sign was up, which I though was nice, but might annoy some people who are ill and trying to sleep.
Computer facilities and office equipment on site.

Laundry
Decor-The hallways looked straight out the Stephen King's The Shining, but I like that sort of look. Very grand historic hotel indeed. Be sure to check out the book in your suite that outlines the history of the hotel
