Review content:
After 10 years of business they came and took our coffee machine 3 weeks before our move. We are a small company so I know we didn't bring in a great deal of revenue for this company. That being said, we were loyal and paid our bills on time for 10 years. We were getting ready to move into a new kind of business and did not require their services anymore. As a courtesy I called Puritan Springs to give them notice of the date they could pick up their equipment. The next day (3 weeks prior to our discussed day) they showed up without warning and took their equipment leaving us with unused and unusable product 3 weeks before we scheduled our termination of service.
The secretary that I spoke with was no help. The guy who came to take our machine refused to wait while I spoke with the secretary about the confusion in dates for pickup and bolted out with the machine while I had the secretary on the phone trying to sort it out.
This is extremely disappointing since we try to support local business whenever possible but in this case I can no longer support or recommend Puritan Springs.
