I would NEVER suggest East Metro Towing. My insurance company, Progressive, uses this company as one of their local service providers. When my car broke down just the other day, Progressive dispatched them to tow my vehicle. It has now been well over 36 hours and East Metro Towing has still not yet arrived to tow my vehicle. Now East Metro Towing will not answer their phones and seem to let everything go to their voice mail. They keep providing update statuses to Progressive letting them know it will be another 2, 3, or 5-8 hours until they can get to it, but after 36 hours they have still failed to tow my car or even give me a call as requested. Progressive is now in the process of taking the steps to remove them as an approved service vendor. I understand it can be busy during a winter storm, but don?t commit to 3 hours if you can?t deliver in 36 hours.
