Review content:
OK. I like the great beer assortment and the card program that Old Chicago offers. As for food, it's fine food, but not exquisite. You will have to pass it up if you are looking for anything very fancy. The service at tables is ok...could be better. The few times I have eaten there, it seems as though it takes effort to get service. However, I can't say that the service is any worse than other bar/restaurants. The bartenders, however, are friendly and usually very busy. Overall, the staff is helpful, although not overly friendly. The place is clean and well tended. If you're in a real hurry, this is not the place to eat. But if you've got some time and want to relax in a very down-key type of place, this is it.
Pros: Part of Uptown's busy life
Cons: Parking can be a hassle
